Order processing

Most in-stock pieces are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. During holidays, collection launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

When your order ships, you will receive tracking details at the email address used at checkout.

Shipping

Standard shipping is complimentary on eligible orders over $60. Delivery timing depends on the destination, carrier, and service selected at checkout.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need to request an address correction, contact us as soon as possible.

Returns and exchanges

Eligible unworn pieces may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Sale items, personalized pieces, opened wellness items, and final-sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return shipping is not included unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item.

We will review the issue and help with the next step as quickly as possible.
