Close your eyes if that feels comfortable.
Let the face soften.
Unclench the jaw.
Let the tongue rest.
Hold Lapis Lazuli, Amethyst, or bring your attention to the stone you are wearing.
This practice is for the Third Eye.
The space of intuition.
The quiet knowing beneath the noise.
Take a slow breath in.
Exhale.
Again. Inhale.
Exhale, and let the forehead soften.
Bring your attention to the space between the brows.
Imagine a deep indigo light there.
Not flashing.
Not forced.
Clear like the night sky after rain.
Lapis Lazuli is often used for wisdom, truth, and inner sight.
Amethyst is often used for clarity, calm, and spiritual reflection.
Let the stones work together now:
Lapis for truth.
Amethyst for quiet.
The sound for spaciousness.
Say silently:
I am willing to see clearly.
I am willing to know what I know.
I am willing to trust the signal beneath the static.
Bring to mind a question you have been circling.
Do not ask for the whole answer.
Ask for the next honest piece.
What is the truth I can handle today?
Let the question drop into the body.
Do not chase it.
[45 seconds instrumental space]
Notice any image, word, memory, sensation, or simple feeling that arrives.
If nothing arrives, that is information too.
The Third Eye is not a performance.
It does not need to impress you.
It often speaks quietly because it does not need to argue.
Breathe into the center of the forehead.
Exhale down the spine.
Again.
Breathe into the Third Eye.
Exhale down the spine.
Let insight become grounded.
Let vision become usable.
Say:
I do not confuse urgency with intuition.
I do not confuse fear with prophecy.
I listen for the truth that leaves me clearer.
For the next minute, rest in the 852 Hz tone. Let the space between the brows feel open, cool, and bright.
[60 seconds instrumental space]
Bring one hand to the heart and one hand to the lower belly.
This keeps the vision connected to the body.
Ask one final question:
What is one grounded action that honors what I saw?
Listen.
Take a final breath.
Exhale.
When you open your eyes, write down one sentence. Just one.
Let the rest reveal itself later.
